History
NCC was founded by Chris Marquez in May 2002 as National Capitol Captioning, with a mission to provide real-time services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and to support the communication goals of the federal government.
NCC soon changed its name to National Capitol Contracting, to reflect growing success in areas including information technology; audiovisual design, integration and support; multimedia solutions; and conference services management. NCC provides value to our customers across the federal enterprise through design, engineering, operations, and maintenance.
Our community of satisfied clients includes approximately 50 Federal agencies and commercial clients, many of whom have returned to NCC for repeat business, entrusting us to support them across multiple service areas. Currently, NCC operates as a small business with offerings in AV/IT Systems Integration; Data Analytics; Enterprise IT Support; Conference Services, and Records Management expertise. Our teams support over 30,000 meetings, events, and hearings annually.
Our mission remains the same today as it was at our founding in 2002: bring critical federal government information and services to all citizens nationwide.
